How to get to Sandpipers

THE DISTANCE FROM YARMOUTH TO SANDPIPERS IS 2 MILES.

As you exit the Ferry Terminal at Yarmouth, drive to the first roundabout and take the second exit on to the A3054.

Drive over the turnbridge. If you have to queue, just relax and admire the passing boats. Once you get the 'all clear' carry on this road. Look out for the sharp 90° left turn & then on to the hill, Hallets Shute (if you are travelling at night, look out for the rabbits and other wildlife).

At the brow of the hill, turn left into Pixley Hill this merges with Corpse Hill and will guide you towards Freshwater. Follow Corpse Hill watching out for a 90° right turn in a town built up area this merges with Hooke Hill drive down the hill until you reach the roundabout at the bottom next to the Co-op (This is lit up at night).

Take the 1st exit, A3055, you are now in Afton Road. After 2 miles you come to the T-junction facing Freshwater Bay lifeboat station. Turn right, then immediately right again into the public car park. And you're here!
